One of Germany's largest private postal operators, delivering more than 500 million letters a year. Customers include banks, insurers, energy providers, telecommunications companies and the public sector. Renamed from PostCon National to DVS – Deutscher Versand Service in June 2021. Since February 2026 in self-administration proceedings at Düsseldorf district court; operations continue without restriction, preliminary trustee Markus Kier (Piepenburg Rechtsanwälte).

Deutsche Radiologie Holding (DRH)

Exit

Buy-and-build platform set up in 2017 together with Steffen Dauster to consolidate German radiology and radiotherapy practices through professional succession solutions. Initial sites included Augsburg; bolt-on Tuttlingen in January 2019. In February 2019 sold to the Smaller Mid-Cap Fund of Triton; under Triton it grew to 37 practices, was renamed Meine Radiologie Holding and in 2021 sold on to EQT Infrastructure (today part of the European Evidia group).

One of the few genuinely German premium women's fashion brands. Acquired in 2015 by Tempus Capital from management-held entities (refinancing via a Commerzbank-led syndicate, working capital from Alteri Investors). In 2017, restructuring proceedings were opened under self-administration at AG Aschaffenburg; the brand rights were transferred to Tristyle Mode GmbH (Peter Hahn, Madeleine, Long Tall Sally).
