This privacy policy applies to the website tempuscapital.partners and to all related online services of Tempus Capital GmbH.

We process personal data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions. The legal bases include in particular Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures), (c) (compliance with a legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest).

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address in anonymised form, date and time of the request, time-zone offset, content of the request, HTTP status code, volume of data transferred, referrer URL and user agent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The log files are deleted automatically after 14 days, unless longer retention is required for security reasons.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, company, email address, subject and message) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise (f). The data will be deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
